What to Expect

Treatment begins with the application of a topical cooling gel to minimize discomfort. The Morpheus8 device is then passed over the treatment area, delivering radiofrequency energy through its microneedle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. Most patients experience a mild stinging or tingling sensation that is generally well-tolerated. Sessions are typically completed in under an hour depending on the area being treated. A series of up to three treatments may be recommended for optimal results.

Some redness, swelling, and sensitivity in the treatment area is normal following Morpheus8 and typically resolves within about one week. Most patients find these effects can be covered with makeup within a day or two. Sun exposure should be limited during healing and sunscreen used consistently.

Results begin to appear within a few days of treatment. More significant improvement is visible around the one-month mark, with continued refinement for up to three months as collagen remodeling progresses.
